1. Can I pick up my Narrows equipment the night before?

If available, Narrows equipment can be picked up the night before your reservation for no extra charge. We wash and disinfect all of our equipment every day, so you may check in after 4pm if you'd like. 

2. Can I pick up my bikes the night before?

We generally do not have guests pick up bicycles the night before their reservation. Our bike techs and/or certified bike mechanics check over each bicycle after every rental to make sure you get equipment that is in perfect working order. This process takes some time and therefore prevents evening pickups.

3. Where should I park?

Ride Springdale's free town shuttles from your hotel and hop off at Shuttle Stop 3, and that's where you'll find us, just a 1/4 mile outside Zion's south park entrance. For day parking, Springdale requires a fee to park on streets and in parking lots. Pay at the kiosk and park on Lion Blvd for $12/day.

4. Is the Majestic Sunset Golden Hour Tour good for kids?

It really does depend on your children. We love our open-air, all-terrain vehicle and kids do too. The trip is 2 1/2 to 3 hours, so if you think your kids would enjoy hearing stories and learning about the area on a the ride with some incredible views, then go ahead and book this tour.
