Conditions of Use

All guided trips, courses and shuttles require a 2 person minimum. If a second guest does not book, we will contact you. You'll have the option to book an additional fare or we'll cancel the trip and you'll receive a refund.

Rentals & Shuttles
We schedule reservations so that you can be guaranteed the proper service. Shuttles will board 5 minutes prior to departure and leave on-time in order to respect all guests. If you are late, or do not arrive, you will be charged the full amount of the reserved service.

There may be times that we do not recommend renting equipment or taking a shuttle due to probable weather or impassable road conditions. If a guest chooses to attempt to hike and takes equipment, there is no refund. If a guest boards a shuttle and the road is impassable, we can only offer up to a 50% refund.

Full payment is charged at the time of booking.  Cancellations more than 14 days in advance will receive 100% refund. Cancellations made 24 hrs - 14 days prior will receive store credit. Cancellations by Zion Adventures® due to weather will receive a full refund.

 

Guided Trips & Courses

Full payment is due at time of booking. Cancellations more than 21 days in advance will receive a 95% refund. Cancellations within 21 days of trip date are non-refundable. Weather conditions do not permit clients to cancel trips.  If your Zion Adventures® guide determines conditions make the event unsafe, we will reschedule or make every effort to provide a comparable experience; if not possible, all purchases will be refunded in full.
